I called HTG Express on a Friday for a door-to-door service. We had to collect some goods that had to be in Chungcheongmam South Korea on the following Tuesday as the latest. In the Air Department, they immediately started looking for flights from different airports to check which was the fastest one. They offered me a couple of alternatives and we choose Vitoria airport. They arranged the route.
A driver picked up the goods at our premises, saving time by avoiding having to wait for a distribution truck, and he delivered at the airport. An agent cleared the export customs and the flight took off that very Friday. After a couple of connecting flights, it arrived at Incheon early on Tuesday morning, where a Korean agent, forewarned by HTG Express, organised the import customs and delivered the same day.
