- Configuration and maintenance of IP phones (extensions, shared access).
- Configuration and management of mail in Gmail and Zimbra servers.
- Configuration and maintenance of peripherals, printers, etc…
- Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of users with their PCs.
- Daily supervision of the correct execution of backups.
- Opening and monitoring of incidents with service provider partners (internet, telephony,…).
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of server virtualisation with PROXMOX.
- Windows 10-11 and MacOS operating systems at administrator level.
- LINUX server administrator
- Knowledge of virtual switchboard based on FreePBX
- Network Administration (PfSense Firewall, VPN, connections, routers, switches, …)
- Languages: Spanish and French
