A constantly evolving business needs people to grow with it. That's why when you join HTG Express you start an individual training program that lasts between four and six weeks, depending on your previous experience. Guided by our internal trainer, you'll get an overview of our business and everything you need to feel passionate, inspired and excited about your new role in the team. To optimize results, we teach theory and practice at the same time and you interact with colleagues from all departments.
In 20 years we have accumulated a great deal of experience and knowledge of the sector. In order to organise all this know-how and transfer it to our colleagues, for many years we have internal trainers in charge of gathering good practices and creating classroom and online training programs (Moodle) for continuous improvement.
In HTG Express we attend our customers by speaking their languages, so we also offer extensive language training. Working with high quality language schools that know our logistics environment, we improve day by day in more than 12 languages.
