Sometimes HTG Express offices look like a language school. On any given day you can hear several languages at the same time: English, French, Dutch, Italian, German, Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Basque… The conversations of the Logistics, Drivers, Sales and Administration staff with customers all over Europe witness this multiculturalism.

One of our most recognized values is that we listen to our customers actively. And an active listening means not only to be aware of what a customer is saying, but to ease the communication with the customer. This becomes a lot easier when a customer can speak in his own language.

That´s why at HTG Express we offer language courses to all of our employees, to enable them to communicate fluently with their environment so that they grasp the most special transport needs required by our customers seeking first class industrial urgent transport.
